The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: 'Client', 'You' and 'Your' refers to you, the person accessing this Mobile Application and accepting the Mobile Application's terms and conditions. Staff Searchers represents 'Owners', 'Employers'. 'Job Searchers', 'Job Seekers' refers to 'Employees'. 'User' represents anyone who is using the VelaiApp mobile application.
The laws of India would govern these terms and conditions. By accessing this Mobile Application and using our services you consent to these terms and conditions and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu in all disputes arising out of such access.
Have at least 5 Job Seekers information to have more choices to pick perfect staff for the JOB.
Collect Job Seeker/Employee personal ID, Address proof and verify with its Original document.
Ask for local contact's reference whom you know and call the reference person directly to get confirmation.
After these In-Person verification, only if you as an Employer satisfied with the staff then proceed with that staff appointment.
VelaiApp strictly recommends the Employer/Owner to have a thorough verification before appointing a staff.
VelaiApp does not have any control and cannot be traced in case of any Asset/Financial/Phycological affects made by this staff at Owners premises.
Verify and confirm the Job Seeker Age is 18 and above by Date of Birth certification verification.
Ask the Owner/Caller for more information about Location, Years of Service, Nature of business etc.
Fix an Appointment for an early Interview.
Make your presence at or before the committed time.
Take your Original ID/Address proofs with you for quick actions.
Do meet the Owner only if you are confident about the Job Location and Business services.
VelaiApp strictly recommends the Employee/job Seeker to have a thorough verification about Shop/Home or any other Business place before accepting and joining a Job.
Provide your Date of Birth certificate for Age verification.
VelaiApp is not responsible if any of the above listed checklists are missed by either Employer or Employee during the verification process and leads to any illegal activities occurring at any premises.
VelaiApp collects only very basic contact details such as 'Name', 'Area', 'Contact Number', 'Date of Birth' information from customers during registration. VelaiApp does not involve in User In-person verification such as Address Proof verification, ID proof verification or certificate verifications as VelaiApp does not collect any such ID proofs or Photographs from the users. It is sole responsibility of the mobile application user (or) owners to collect the ID proofs/Address Proofs/Certificates or any other valid proofs according to Indian ACT of the Job Seekers as well as Owners. VelaiApp is not responsible for any criminal offense made by a User under any circumstances at any location. It is strictly Owner/User's responsibility to collect and do background verification of the worker / company before joining a Job or before appointing a worker in a job.
VelaiApp DOES NOT guarantee the Job Seeker's Mobile Number will be active 100% time. VelaiApp will not be responsible If any paid and viewed Mobile Number is left Unanswered or Not reachable or Switched off or Mobile Number not in Use or the user is not showing interest on the Job offer or Denying your Job offers.
On accepting to Velaiapp Terms, you are accepting to receive calls from Employers/Owners although your mobile number is registered with Do Not Disturb feature with your network service provider.
VelaiApp has all the rights to display Advertisements in its mobile application at any time. user shall not have an option to hide/disable the advertisements in certain situations but can still continue to use the other available services inside the application.
We will communicate with you by SMS, WhatsApp or in App notification in connection with our Services/Platform to confirm your registration, to inform you in case your registered has become live/expired and for other transactional messages in relation to our Services. As it is imperative for us to provide you such transactional messages, you may not be able to opt-out of such messages.
Service Fee is subject to change and it is not fixed it all the time. VelaiApp has all the right to change Service Fee at any time. Payment can be done only through Net banking, Debit Card, Credit Card, or other Payment Modes that are being listed in the payment screen of VelaiApp mobile application. We do not receive Cash, Cheque, DD payment methods. VelaiApp is not responsible for any such offline payments that are being done outside the VelaiApp mobile application.
VelaiApp also reserves the right to make use of the personal information in any investigation or judicial process relating to fraud on account of such transactions during the period VelaiApp retains such information.
Both the Client and we have the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway. No refunds shall be offered, where a Service is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway.
You are solely responsible for evaluating the fitness for a particular purpose of any downloads, programs and text available through this site. Redistribution or republication of any part of this site or its content without permission is prohibited, by any means, without the express written consent of the Directors of the Mobile Application.
We do not monitor or review the content of other party's Mobile Applications which are linked to from this Mobile Application. Opinions expressed or material appearing on such Mobile Applications are not necessarily shared or endorsed by us and should not be regarded as the publisher of such opinions or material. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices, or content, of these sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site & to read the privacy statements of these sites. You should evaluate the security and trustworthiness of any other site connected to this site or accessed through this site yourself, before disclosing any personal information to them. This Company will not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage in whatever manner, howsoever caused, resulting from your disclosure to third parties of personal information.
Copyright and other relevant intellectual property rights exist on all text relating to the full content of this Mobile Application. This logo is a word logo of the Mobile Application alone and is subject to be penalised if copied.
Neither party shall be liable to the other for any failure to perform any obligation under any Agreement which is due to an event beyond the control of such party including but not limited to any Act of God, terrorism, war, Political insurgence, insurrection, riot, civil unrest, act of civil or military authority, uprising, earthquake, flood or any other natural or man-made eventuality outside of our control, which causes the termination of an agreement or contract entered into, nor which could have been reasonably foreseen. Any Party affected by such event shall forthwith inform the other Party of the same and shall use all reasonable endeavours to comply with the terms and conditions of any Agreement contained herein.
VelaiApp is not a placement platform. So, VelaiApp does not guarantee Jobs/Staffs from the leads generated. VelaiApp shall not be responsible or liable at all to the users if no leads are generated for the Job Seeker/Employer through VelaiApp application. Users understands that VelaiApp's only obligation is to list the users on the Mobile Application in the manner provided for in these Terms. Accuracy of the information/content provided is the User responsibility and VelaiApp will not be held responsible for false claims made by the job Seeker or Employer. Please refer to ATTENTION information above for more details.
VelaiApp reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. If there are any changes to our Terms and Privacy policy, any change in VelaiApp terms and conditions will be updated in this page. You are therefore advised to re-read these statements on a regular basis.
VelaiApp only provides a platform through which users may independently connect with each other. VelaiApp is not an employer, recruiter, staffing company, labour contractor or placement agency.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VelaiApp shall not be liable for any financial loss, theft, fraud, salary dispute, property damage, injury, criminal act or other loss arising from use of the platform. VelaiApp's maximum liability shall never exceed the amount actually paid by the user to VelaiApp during the previous 30 days.
