All payments made on VelaiApp are only for unlocking contact details and using platform services.
Once a contact number or profile has been viewed or unlocked, the service is considered consumed and no refund shall be provided.
Refunds will not be provided for the following reasons:
Refund may be considered only if a duplicate payment occurred, payment succeeded but profile did not unlock, or the same profile was charged twice due to a technical issue caused by VelaiApp.
Any refund request must be raised within 3 days of payment with screenshot proof to contact@velaiapp.in.
