VelaiApp - Privacy Policy, User Responsibility & Platform Disclaimer
By accessing or using the VelaiApp mobile application, website, services, payment features, communication tools, or any related platform operated by Easy VelaiApp Private Limited (“VelaiApp”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), you agree to this Privacy Policy, User Responsibility Policy, Legal Disclaimer, and all applicable Terms & Conditions.
For the purpose of this Policy, “User”, “you”, and “your” mean any person using VelaiApp, including workers, job seekers, employees, employers, owners, recruiters, businesses, shops, offices, households, agencies, or any other person accessing the Platform.
1. Nature of VelaiApp Services
VelaiApp acts only as an intermediary technology platform and communication facilitator between workers/job seekers/employees looking for work opportunities and employers/owners/businesses/recruiters looking for nearby workers.
VelaiApp does not guarantee job availability, worker availability, successful hiring, salary payment, attendance, work quality, skill level, behaviour, honesty, safety, character, business authenticity, correctness of profile information, active mobile number, user response, or legal compliance by any worker or employer.
Any employment, hiring, salary negotiation, joining, work assignment, payment, advance payment, accommodation, transportation, safety arrangement, workplace conduct, or service arrangement is strictly between the concerned users only.
2. No Employment, Agency, Contractor or Partnership Relationship
Use of VelaiApp does not create any employer-employee relationship, principal-agent relationship, partnership, joint venture, labour contract, staffing arrangement, or contractor relationship between VelaiApp and any user.
VelaiApp does not appoint, employ, control, supervise, train, monitor, dismiss, pay salary to, or take responsibility for any worker. VelaiApp also does not control, verify, endorse, certify, or guarantee any employer, owner, business, shop, office, home, factory, warehouse, site, or workplace.
3. No Background Verification or Criminal Verification
VelaiApp does not conduct background verification, police verification, criminal record checks, address verification, Aadhaar verification, PAN verification, identity verification, business registration verification, certificate verification, licence verification, educational verification, employment history verification, or in-person verification of users unless VelaiApp expressly states so in writing for a specific paid or verified service.
OTP or mobile number verification only confirms that the user had access to the mobile number at the time of registration or login. It is not proof of identity, address, character, age, criminal background, employment eligibility, qualification, trustworthiness, or business legitimacy.
4. User Responsibility Before Hiring, Joining or Allowing Entry Into Premises
All users must independently perform proper verification and due diligence before hiring any worker, joining any job, allowing any person into a home/shop/office/factory/warehouse/apartment/construction site/business premises/private premises, visiting any work location, sharing personal information, making any payment, accepting accommodation or transport, or entering into oral or written employment arrangements.
VelaiApp strongly recommends that employers and workers collect and verify government ID, address proof, age proof, police verification, emergency contact, previous work references, skill proof, business proof, and any other documents required under applicable Indian laws.
5. Incidents, Crimes, Disputes and Premises-Related Liability
VelaiApp shall not be responsible or liable for any incident, dispute, injury, damage, offence, crime, loss, or illegal activity occurring before, during, or after any user interaction, including incidents at any home, shop, office, factory, warehouse, business premises, construction site, private premises, public place, transport location, accommodation, or any other location.
This includes theft, robbery, cheating, fraud, impersonation, fake identity, fake business claims, physical injury, accident, death, workplace injury, unsafe working condition, harassment, abuse, intimidation, violence, misconduct, property damage, salary dispute, non-payment, delayed payment, advance payment dispute, criminal activity, illegal work, labour law violation, tax violation, immigration violation, child labour, forced labour, bonded labour, privacy violation, misuse of phone numbers, and any direct or indirect loss.
6. Information We Collect
Depending on your use of the Platform, VelaiApp may collect, store, process, display, or share information such as name, mobile number, gender, date of birth or age, city, area, location preference, job category, job type, expected salary, work preference, profile details, business name, employer details, hiring requirements, profile content, device information, IP address, browser or app usage information, payment and transaction-related information, customer support records, complaint records, request records, communication records, and technical logs required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, analytics, and service improvement.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted to VelaiApp is accurate, lawful, non-misleading, and does not violate the rights of any third party.
7. Purpose of Collecting and Using Information
VelaiApp may use collected information for account creation, account maintenance, profile display, worker-employer discovery, calls, leads, profile viewing, notifications, communication, payment processing, support, grievance handling, fraud detection, misuse prevention, security monitoring, analytics, product improvement, testing, service enhancement, marketing, offers, referrals, rewards, promotional communication, legal compliance, enforcement of terms, and responding to lawful requests from authorities.
8. Information Visible to Other Users
By registering on VelaiApp, users understand and agree that certain profile details may be visible, accessible, or shareable with other users for the purpose of worker-employer discovery and communication. This may include name, mobile number, gender, age, area, city, job preference, salary expectation, business name, and other profile details voluntarily submitted by users.
Users must exercise caution before posting or sharing any personal, sensitive, financial, or confidential information. VelaiApp is not responsible if another user copies, saves, forwards, misuses, or shares information that was made visible through the Platform.
9. Sharing of Information
VelaiApp may share user information with other users for worker-employer connection, payment gateways, payment service providers, hosting providers, cloud providers, analytics providers, security providers, communication providers, technology service providers, group companies, affiliates, business partners, government authorities, courts, law enforcement, regulators, legal advisers, or during merger, acquisition, restructuring, investment, sale of business, or transfer of assets.
VelaiApp does not sell sensitive personal information to unrelated third parties for independent marketing. However, contact and profile information may be shown or shared with other users as part of the Platform’s core service.
10. Communication Consent
By registering on VelaiApp, you consent to receive calls, SMS, WhatsApp messages, emails, push notifications, service alerts, promotional messages, referral messages, reward-related messages, and other communications from VelaiApp, its representatives, service providers, and other Platform users. This consent applies even if your number is registered under DND / Do Not Disturb, subject to applicable laws.
VelaiApp does not guarantee that any phone number will be active, reachable, correct, switched on, answered, or interested in the job or hiring opportunity.
11. Payments, Service Fees and No Guarantee
VelaiApp may charge fees for profile access, employer access, premium features, lead access, promotional services, advertisements, subscription plans, referral-related services, or other paid features. Payment to VelaiApp only grants access to the selected Platform feature and does not guarantee job placement, successful hiring, worker joining, worker response, employer response, salary payment, quality of work, business result, availability, honesty, or suitability of any user.
Refunds, if any, shall be governed by VelaiApp’s separate Refund Policy available on the Platform.
12. Account Deletion and Data Deletion
Users may request account deletion and data deletion through the mobile application under Settings - Delete My Account, or by email request to support@velaiapp.in.
After receiving a valid deletion request, VelaiApp may disable, delete, anonymise, or restrict access to user data, subject to technical feasibility and applicable legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and business record requirements. VelaiApp may retain certain records where required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, investigation, dispute handling, enforcement of terms, or legitimate business purposes.
13. Data Security
VelaiApp uses commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect user information. However, no mobile application, website, server, database, internet transmission, electronic storage system, or communication network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
Users accept the inherent risks of using online platforms and agree that VelaiApp shall not be liable for unauthorized access, hacking, data breach, malware, technical failure, internet failure, third-party system failure, or misuse of information beyond VelaiApp’s reasonable control, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
14. User Content and Prohibited Conduct
Users are solely responsible for all content, information, claims, messages, offers, job posts, salary details, business details, photos, documents, or communication uploaded or shared by them. Users must not create fake profiles, post false job offers, misuse phone numbers, harass users, threaten users, cheat users, exploit users, discriminate unlawfully, use VelaiApp for illegal activities, hire or promote child labour, forced labour, bonded labour, trafficking, illegal employment, or violate any applicable Indian law.
VelaiApp reserves the right to remove content, restrict access, suspend accounts, block users, report suspicious activity, or take legal action without prior notice if misuse or violation is suspected.
15. Children and Minors
VelaiApp is intended only for persons legally eligible to work, hire, or enter into employment-related arrangements under applicable Indian laws. Minors must not use the Platform for job seeking, hiring, or employment-related activity unless legally permitted and supervised by a lawful guardian where required. Users must not use VelaiApp to hire children or engage in child labour or any illegal employment practice.
16. Compliance With Laws
Users are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including labour laws, wage laws, workplace safety laws, tax laws, social security laws, police verification requirements, business licensing requirements, local laws, and all other applicable Indian laws. VelaiApp is not responsible for any legal violation, regulatory violation, employment violation, tax violation, wage violation, criminal act, or civil dispute committed by users.
17. Third-Party Links, Services and Payment Providers
VelaiApp may contain links or integrations with third-party websites, payment gateways, analytics providers, communication tools, hosting providers, advertisements, or other external services. VelaiApp is not responsible for third-party content, policies, errors, downtime, data practices, payment failures, service interruption, or losses caused by third-party platforms.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VelaiApp, Easy VelaiApp Private Limited, its directors, shareholders, employees, consultants, developers, representatives, affiliates, partners, vendors, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary, financial, physical, emotional, reputational, business, or legal loss arising from use of the Platform, user interactions, hiring, joining, work, salary, attendance, workplace arrangements, conduct, misconduct, negligence, fraud, crime, omission of any user, incidents at any premises, fake information, verification failure, payment disputes, technical errors, downtime, bugs, data loss, unauthorized access, or third-party failures.
If any liability cannot be legally excluded, VelaiApp’s aggregate liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the concerned user to VelaiApp for the specific service directly giving rise to the claim, subject to applicable law.
19. Indemnification
Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VelaiApp, Easy VelaiApp Private Limited, its directors, shareholders, employees, consultants, developers, representatives, affiliates, partners, vendors, and service providers from and against any claims, complaints, disputes, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, legal proceedings, costs, and expenses arising from user’s use or misuse of the Platform, violation of this Policy or Terms & Conditions, violation of any law or third-party right, employment disputes, hiring disputes, salary disputes, workplace disputes, premises disputes, payment disputes, fraud, misconduct, negligence, crime, wrongful act, or information/content/claims posted by the user.
20. Grievance and Contact
For privacy requests, account deletion, complaints, or support, users may contact Easy VelaiApp Private Limited at support@velaiapp.in or https://velaiapp.in. Users should provide their registered mobile number, account details, and clear description of the request or complaint for faster resolution.
21. Policy Updates
VelaiApp may modify, update, replace, or remove any part of this Privacy Policy at any time. Updated policies may be posted on the website or app. Continued use of VelaiApp after changes means the user accepts the updated Policy.
22. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to this Policy or use of VelaiApp.
23. Final Important Disclaimer
Users must independently verify every person, business, location, document, job offer, salary promise, and work condition before proceeding. Any interaction, hiring, joining, payment, entry into premises, or work arrangement happens strictly at the users’ own risk and responsibility.
VelaiApp shall not be responsible for theft, fraud, crime, harassment, violence, injury, death, salary dispute, workplace issue, property damage, financial loss, illegal activity, or any problem caused by either party at any premises or location.

1. VelaiApp சேவையின் தன்மை
VelaiApp, வேலை வாய்ப்புகளைத் தேடும் தொழிலாளர்கள்/வேலை தேடுபவர்கள்/ஊழியர்கள் மற்றும் அருகிலுள்ள தொழிலாளர்களைத் தேடும் வேலை வழங்குபவர்கள்/உரிமையாளர்கள்/வியாபாரங்கள்/ஆட்சேர்ப்பு செய்பவர்கள் ஆகியோருக்கிடையே தொடர்பு ஏற்படுத்தும் தொழில்நுட்ப இடைநிலை தளமாக மட்டுமே செயல்படுகிறது.
VelaiApp வேலை கிடைக்கும் என்று, தொழிலாளர் கிடைப்பார் என்று, hiring வெற்றியாகும் என்று, சம்பளம் செலுத்தப்படும் என்று, attendance இருக்கும் என்று, வேலை தரம் நன்றாக இருக்கும் என்று, திறமை சரியாக இருக்கும் என்று, நடத்தை/நேர்மை/பாதுகாப்பு/குணம் நன்றாக இருக்கும் என்று, வியாபாரம் உண்மையானது என்று, profile தகவல்கள் சரியானவை என்று, மொபைல் எண் செயல்படும் என்று, பயனர் பதில் அளிப்பார் என்று அல்லது எந்த தொழிலாளர்/வேலை வழங்குபவரும் சட்டத்தைப் பின்பற்றுவார் என்று எந்த உத்தரவாதமும் அளிக்காது.
வேலை, hiring, சம்பள பேச்சுவார்த்தை, joining, வேலை ஒதுக்கீடு, payment, advance payment, accommodation, transportation, safety arrangement, workplace conduct அல்லது service arrangement அனைத்தும் சம்பந்தப்பட்ட பயனர்களுக்கிடையே மட்டுமே நடைபெறும்.
2. VelaiApp உடன் வேலை உறவு, ஏஜென்சி, ஒப்பந்தம் அல்லது கூட்டுத்தொழில் உறவு இல்லை
VelaiApp-ஐ பயன்படுத்துவதால் VelaiApp மற்றும் எந்த பயனருக்கும் இடையில் employer-employee relationship, principal-agent relationship, partnership, joint venture, labour contract, staffing arrangement அல்லது contractor relationship உருவாகாது.

3. Background Verification அல்லது Criminal Verification இல்லை
VelaiApp பயனர்களுக்கான background verification, police verification, criminal record check, address verification, Aadhaar verification, PAN verification, identity verification, business registration verification, certificate verification, licence verification, education verification, employment history verification அல்லது in-person verification எதையும் செய்யாது. குறிப்பிட்ட paid அல்லது verified service பற்றி VelaiApp எழுத்துப்பூர்வமாக தெளிவாக சொன்னால் மட்டுமே அதற்கு விதிவிலக்கு இருக்கும்.
OTP அல்லது mobile number verification என்பது பதிவு/உள்நுழைவு நேரத்தில் அந்த mobile number-ஐ பயனர் அணுக முடிந்தது என்பதை மட்டுமே காட்டும். அது identity proof, address proof, character proof, age proof, criminal background proof, employment eligibility proof, qualification proof, trustworthiness proof அல்லது business legitimacy proof அல்ல.
4. வேலைக்கு எடுப்பதற்கு, சேர்வதற்கு அல்லது premises-க்கு அனுமதிப்பதற்கு முன் பயனர் பொறுப்பு
தொழிலாளரை வேலைக்கு எடுப்பது, வேலைக்கு சேர்வது, எந்த நபரையும் வீடு/கடை/அலுவலகம்/தொழிற்சாலை/warehouse/apartment/construction site/business premises/private premises-க்கு அனுமதிப்பது, எந்த வேலை இடத்திற்குச் செல்வது, தனிப்பட்ட தகவல் பகிர்வது, payment செய்வது, accommodation அல்லது transport ஏற்குவது, oral அல்லது written employment arrangement செய்வது ஆகியவற்றுக்கு முன் அனைத்து பயனர்களும் தேவையான verification மற்றும் due diligence-ஐ தாங்களே செய்ய வேண்டும்.
Employers மற்றும் workers அரசு அடையாள அட்டை, முகவரி சான்று, வயது சான்று, police verification, emergency contact, previous work references, skill proof, business proof மற்றும் பொருந்தும் இந்திய சட்டங்களின் கீழ் தேவையான பிற ஆவணங்களை சேகரித்து சரிபார்க்க VelaiApp வலியுறுத்துகிறது.
5. சம்பவங்கள், குற்றங்கள், தகராறுகள் மற்றும் premises தொடர்பான பொறுப்பு
பயனர்கள் ஒருவருடன் ஒருவர் தொடர்பு கொள்ளும் முன், தொடர்பு கொள்ளும் போது அல்லது அதற்குப் பிறகு எந்த home, shop, office, factory, warehouse, business premises, construction site, private premises, public place, transport location, accommodation அல்லது வேறு எந்த இடத்திலும் ஏற்படும் சம்பவம், தகராறு, காயம், சேதம், குற்றம், இழப்பு அல்லது சட்டவிரோத செயலுக்கு VelaiApp பொறுப்பல்ல.
இதில் theft, robbery, cheating, fraud, impersonation, fake identity, fake business claims, physical injury, accident, death, workplace injury, unsafe working condition, harassment, abuse, intimidation, violence, misconduct, property damage, salary dispute, non-payment, delayed payment, advance payment dispute, criminal activity, illegal work, labour law violation, tax violation, immigration violation, child labour, forced labour, bonded labour, privacy violation, phone number misuse மற்றும் நேரடி/மறைமுக இழப்புகள் அடங்கும்.
6. நாங்கள் சேகரிக்கும் தகவல்கள்
நீங்கள் Platform-ஐ பயன்படுத்தும் விதத்தைப் பொறுத்து, VelaiApp உங்கள் பெயர், மொபைல் எண், பாலினம், பிறந்த தேதி அல்லது வயது, நகரம், பகுதி, location preference, job category, job type, expected salary, work preference, profile details, business name, employer details, hiring requirements, profile content, device information, IP address, browser/app usage information, payment/transaction information, customer support records, complaints, requests, communication records, security/fraud prevention/legal compliance/analytics/service improvement-க்கு தேவையான technical logs ஆகியவற்றை சேகரிக்கலாம், சேமிக்கலாம், process செய்யலாம், display செய்யலாம் அல்லது share செய்யலாம்.
VelaiApp-க்கு வழங்கும் அனைத்து தகவல்களும் சரியானவை, சட்டபூர்வமானவை, தவறாக வழிநடத்தாதவை மற்றும் third-party உரிமைகளை மீறாதவை என்பதை உறுதி செய்வது பயனரின் பொறுப்பு.

VelaiApp தகவல்களை account உருவாக்க, account பராமரிக்க, profile display செய்ய, workers மற்றும் employers ஒருவரை ஒருவர் கண்டறிய உதவ, calls/leads/profile viewing/notifications/communication இயங்கச் செய்ய, payment process செய்ய, support மற்றும் grievance handling செய்ய, fraud detection, misuse prevention, security monitoring, analytics, product improvement, testing, service enhancement, marketing, offers, referrals, rewards, promotional communication, legal compliance, terms enforcement மற்றும் அரசு/சட்ட அதிகாரிகளின் lawful requests-க்கு பதில் அளிக்க பயன்படுத்தலாம்.
8. மற்ற பயனர்களுக்கு தெரியும் தகவல்கள்
VelaiApp-ல் register செய்வதன் மூலம், worker-employer discovery மற்றும் communication நோக்கத்திற்காக சில profile details மற்ற பயனர்களுக்கு தெரியும், access செய்யக்கூடியது அல்லது share செய்யக்கூடியது என்பதை பயனர்கள் புரிந்து ஏற்றுக்கொள்கிறார்கள். இதில் பெயர், மொபைல் எண், பாலினம், வயது, பகுதி, நகரம், job preference, salary expectation, business name மற்றும் பயனர் தன்னார்வமாக வழங்கிய பிற profile details அடங்கலாம்.
தனிப்பட்ட, sensitive, financial அல்லது confidential தகவல்களை post/share செய்வதற்கு முன் பயனர்கள் கவனமாக இருக்க வேண்டும். Platform மூலம் தெரியும் தகவலை மற்ற பயனர் copy/save/forward/misuse/share செய்தால் அதற்கு VelaiApp பொறுப்பல்ல.
9. தகவல் பகிர்வு
VelaiApp பயனர் தகவல்களை worker-employer connection நோக்கத்திற்காக மற்ற பயனர்களுடன், payment gateways, payment service providers, hosting/cloud/analytics/security/communication/technology service providers, group companies, affiliates, business partners, government authorities, courts, law enforcement, regulators, legal advisers உடன் அல்லது merger, acquisition, restructuring, investment, sale of business, transfer of assets போன்ற சூழ்நிலைகளில் பகிரலாம்.
VelaiApp sensitive personal information-ஐ unrelated third parties-க்கு independent marketing நோக்கத்திற்காக விற்காது. ஆனால் Platform-ன் முக்கிய சேவையின் ஒரு பகுதியாக contact மற்றும் profile information மற்ற பயனர்களுக்கு காட்டப்படலாம் அல்லது பகிரப்படலாம்.

VelaiApp-க்கு செலுத்தும் கட்டணம் தேர்ந்தெடுத்த Platform feature-ஐ access செய்ய மட்டுமே. அது job placement, successful hiring, worker joining, worker response, employer response, salary payment, work quality, business result, availability, honesty அல்லது எந்த user-ன் suitability-க்கும் guarantee அல்ல.
Refund இருந்தால், அது Platform-ல் உள்ள VelaiApp Refund Policy படி மட்டுமே வழங்கப்படும்.
12. Account Deletion மற்றும் Data Deletion
Users mobile application-ல் Settings - Delete My Account மூலம் அல்லது support@velaiapp.in என்ற email-க்கு request அனுப்பி account/data deletion கேட்கலாம்.

13. Data Security
VelaiApp user information-ஐ பாதுகாக்க commercial reasonable administrative, technical மற்றும் organizational measures பயன்படுத்துகிறது. ஆனால் எந்த mobile application, website, server, database, internet transmission, electronic storage system அல்லது communication network-மும் 100% secure என்று guarantee செய்ய முடியாது.
Online platforms பயன்படுத்துவதில் உள்ள inherent risks-ஐ users ஏற்றுக்கொள்கிறார்கள். VelaiApp-ன் reasonable control-க்கு அப்பாற்பட்ட unauthorized access, hacking, data breach, malware, technical failure, internet failure, third-party system failure அல்லது information misuse-க்கு VelaiApp பொறுப்பல்ல; applicable law அனுமதிக்காத இடங்களில் மட்டும் விதிவிலக்கு இருக்கும்.

Users upload/share செய்யும் content, information, claims, messages, offers, job posts, salary details, business details, photos, documents அல்லது communication அனைத்திற்கும் பயனர்களே முழு பொறுப்பு. Fake profiles உருவாக்குவது, false job offers post செய்வது, phone numbers misuse செய்வது, users-ஐ harass/threaten/cheat/exploit செய்வது, illegal activities-க்கு VelaiApp பயன்படுத்துவது, child labour/forced labour/bonded labour/trafficking/illegal employment-ஐ hire/promote செய்வது அல்லது எந்த applicable Indian law-ஐயும் மீறுவது தடைசெய்யப்படுகிறது.
Misuse அல்லது violation சந்தேகம் இருந்தால் VelaiApp எந்த prior notice இல்லாமல் content remove செய்ய, access restrict செய்ய, account suspend செய்ய, users block செய்ய, suspicious activity report செய்ய அல்லது legal action எடுக்க உரிமை பெற்றுள்ளது.
15. குழந்தைகள் மற்றும் சிறார்கள்
VelaiApp applicable Indian laws படி வேலை செய்ய, hire செய்ய அல்லது employment-related arrangements செய்ய சட்டபூர்வமாக தகுதியானவர்களுக்கே intended. சட்டப்படி அனுமதி மற்றும் தேவையான இடங்களில் lawful guardian supervision இல்லாமல் minors job seeking/hiring/employment-related activity-க்கு Platform-ஐ பயன்படுத்தக் கூடாது. Child labour அல்லது illegal employment practice-க்கு VelaiApp பயன்படுத்தக் கூடாது.

Labour laws, wage laws, workplace safety laws, tax laws, social security laws, police verification requirements, business licensing requirements, local laws மற்றும் பிற applicable Indian laws அனைத்தையும் பின்பற்றுவது பயனர்களின் சொந்த பொறுப்பு. Users செய்யும் legal violation, regulatory violation, employment violation, tax violation, wage violation, criminal act அல்லது civil dispute-க்கு VelaiApp பொறுப்பல்ல.
17. Third-Party Links, Services மற்றும் Payment Providers

19. Indemnification
User Platform-ஐ பயன்படுத்துதல்/தவறாக பயன்படுத்துதல், இந்த Policy அல்லது Terms & Conditions violation, எந்த law அல்லது third-party right violation, employment disputes, hiring disputes, salary disputes, workplace disputes, premises disputes, payment disputes, fraud, misconduct, negligence, crime, wrongful act அல்லது user post செய்த information/content/claims காரணமாக எழும் claims, complaints, disputes, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, legal proceedings, costs மற்றும் expenses அனைத்திலிருந்தும் VelaiApp, Easy VelaiApp Private Limited, அதன் directors, shareholders, employees, consultants, developers, representatives, affiliates, partners, vendors மற்றும் service providers-ஐ பாதுகாக்கவும், indemnify செய்யவும், hold harmless செய்யவும் பயனர்கள் ஒப்புக்கொள்கிறார்கள்.

Theft, fraud, crime, harassment, violence, injury, death, salary dispute, workplace issue, property damage, financial loss, illegal activity அல்லது எந்த premises/location-லாக இருந்தாலும் எந்த party காரணமாக ஏற்படும் எந்த பிரச்சனைக்கும் VelaiApp பொறுப்பல்ல.
